  • We’re located in West Bridgford at 29a Radcliffe Road, NG2 5FF

  • Our sessions aren’t barbell-heavy, intimidating gym workouts.

    They’re structured, full-body circuits combining:

    • Free Weights

    • Bodyweight movements

    • Rowers, ski ergs, bikes

    • Functional strength exercises

    • Core work

    • Short conditioning intervals

    We focus on moving well, building strength, and improving fitness — not chasing 1-rep max lifts.

    You’ll rotate through stations in small groups, working at your level while being coached throughout.

  • Our session schedule if always increasing. Currently, our group sessions are:

    Monday - 17:15 & 18:15

    Tuesday - 07:00

    Wednesday - 17:15 & 18:15

    Thursday - 07:00

    Friday - 17:15 & 18:15

    Saturday - 08:00

    You’ll simply choose 3 of these sessions that suit your schedule.

Hi, I’m Tom — founder of NG Sweat.

I coach every session personally.

No assistants. No rotating instructors.

My job is simple:

Create a structured, supportive environment where women feel confident training hard — without the intimidation of big gyms or chaotic classes.
