What training at NG Sweat actually feels like…

Every session is designed so you can train hard, feel supported, and leave knowing you’ve done something positive for yourself.

You’ll be training alongside a small group of women — some who are just getting started again, others who’ve been with us for years.

The sessions are full-body and coach-led from start to finish, so you’re never left wandering around a gym wondering what to do next.

Everything is adapted to your level, which means you can push yourself without feeling out of place.

Most women are surprised by how quickly their energy starts to come back once they’re moving again.

When are the sessions?

Kickstart members simply join our regular NG Sweat sessions, training alongside our existing members.

You can choose any three sessions across the week that suit your schedule.

Evenings:

• Monday — 5:15pm / 6:15pm

• Wednesday — 5:15pm / 6:15pm

• Friday — 5:15pm / 6:15pm

Mornings:

• Tuesday — 7:00am

• Thursday — 7:00am

• Saturday — 8:00am

You just pick any three sessions that work for you that week.

Additional session times are introduced as groups grow.

Meet your Coach…

Hi, I’m Tom — founder of NG Sweat.

I coach every session personally.
No assistants. No rotating instructors.

My job is simple:

Create a structured, supportive environment where women can train properly — without the intimidation of big gyms or chaotic classes.

If you join us, you’ll hear from me directly after signing up. I’ll help you get set up, choose your sessions and make sure you know exactly what to expect.

You won’t be left guessing.

The practical bits…

  • We’re located in West Bridgford at 29a Radcliffe Road, NG2 5FF

  • Our sessions aren’t barbell-heavy powerlifting workouts or random circuits.

    They’re structured, full-body, interval-based strength and conditioning sessions combining:

    ✓ Free weights
    ✓ Bodyweight movements
    ✓ Rowers, ski ergs & bikes
    ✓ Functional strength patterns
    ✓ Core work
    ✓ Short conditioning intervals

    You’ll rotate through stations in small groups, working at your level while being coached throughout.

    It’s focused.
    It’s supportive.
    It’s challenging — without being chaotic.

    And it’s designed to make you feel capable, not overwhelmed.

  • Evening sessions currently run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:15pm and 6:15pm, designed to keep groups small, focused and high quality.

    Morning sessions are available Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00am, and Saturday at 8:00am.

    As new groups form, additional evening slots are introduced to maintain that same atmosphere and coaching standard.

    You simply book onto any three available sessions each week that suit your schedule.

  • 45 minutes.

  • Your week starts whenever you’re ready.
    Choose your own start date and complete your 3 sessions within 7 days.

  • Once you join, Tom will contact you within 24 hours to book your three sessions and get you fully set up. Your week must begin within 4 weeks of purchase.

  • If it feels like the right fit, we’ll show you how to continue with our structured 6-week programme.

    If it’s not quite right, you’ll still leave with renewed momentum, clearer direction and a stronger foundation than when you arrived.
