Capped at 30 members total. Maximum 6 women per session.
Choose 2 or 3 sessions per week. Book the times that suit you. Train mornings or evenings to fit around work and school runs.

2 or 3 x 45-minute sessions per week in groups of max 6

A members-only studio where everyone knows your name
This works best if: You've done some training before—gym sessions, classes, maybe even had a PT in the past—but you've fallen off track and need someone to get you back on it. The sessions move fast and change constantly, so you need to be comfortable picking up new movements quickly.
If you're completely new to resistance training, I'd recommend starting with a few 1-to-1 sessions first to build your foundation and confidence—then join the group when you're ready. That way you'll get the most out of every session.
Many women start with our legendary 6 Week Transformation Programme to kickstart results, then roll into monthly membership. Others jump straight in to monthly membership options. We'll figure out what works best for you. You can find out more on the 6 Week Transformation HERE
We currently run our small group sessions at the following times:
Mon - Fri: 5:15 pm & 6:15 pm
Tues & Thurs: 7:00 am
Saturday: 8:00 am

We keep a handful of one-to-one slots available for women who want private training in our West Bridgford studio.
Same energy-first approach. Same interval training principles. Same personalised nutrition and habit coaching. Just you, the studio, and complete focus on your goals.
It's more bespoke, more intensive, and perfect if you want maximum accountability without the group setting.
