Hi, I’m Tom. I grew up in Nottingham with my super sporty and slightly nutty family. By the age of 12 I knew I was destined to be a beach bum surfer. When that didn’t pan out, I turned to my second love: Personal Training.

I’ve combined my love for helping people with my knowledge of the mind, body and nutrition to help busy women find their mojo again.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Holistic Weight Loss Specialist, I’ve helped 100s of women over many years take the control back through simple nutrition and fitness coaching.

This 8 week accelerator programme is my flagship where I’ve held absolutely nothing back. Why? Because why keep it all to myself when I can change lives for the better.

  • This is an online programme so everything is delivered straight to your phone through our own app.

  • Yes, absolutely! I wrote this programme specifically for busy women who don’t have all day to spend in the gym. Your training will take you just 20 minutes every other day and the nutritional tasks you can complete in just a few minutes per day.

  • You just need your phone and a set of dumbbells that you can get sweaty with for 20 minutes at a time. You can also integrate apple/google health, fitbit or garmin for an even better experience if you have them.

  • These workouts are designed for all levels. I want you to go at your own pace with these and have some fun.
