The 6 Week Transformation Programme
A complete reset for women who want to feel amazing again — without the pressure of a big gym or the boredom of cookie-cutter classes.
What’s Included:
18 sessions over 6 weeks – just 45 minutes each.
Small groups (max 6) – enough energy to keep it fun, enough coaching to stay on track.
Smart, time-efficient training that tones, strengthens and boosts energy.
Personalised nutrition guidance – no fads, just clarity.
Weekly check-ins & habit coaching – so you actually stay consistent.

The full 6-Week Transformation is £299 all-in — that covers all 18 sessions, your personalised nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, habit coaching and everything else you’ll need from your very own Personal Trainer.
That works out at roughly £15 per session — with all the personal attention of one-to-one training, minus the one-to-one price tag.
You’ll only be offered a place after your taster and chat with Tom, so there’s no commitment upfront — just transparency about what it costs to join.
After the 6 weeks is complete, most women simply continue with us on one of our monthly memberships options.

We don’t want you signing up to our Programme until you’re confident it’s the right place for you. That’s why we want you to come and do a session with us, get a bit sweaty and see what the fuss is all about. Spaces, however, are limited and each spot is personally arranged by Tom.
This keeps our sessions small, focused and full of women who actually want to be there.
